Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially as a family with our pet dogs. The rooms were superbly decorated and had good shower and bath facilities, but I found them a bit small to truly be called family rooms. The service was very professional and the staff was welcoming. The location was ideal for exploring the coast and countryside, although some minor inconveniences with the room setup. The dining experience was lovely, especially enjoying kippers from Craster. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a unique room experience with superb amenities like stunning copper baths and separate sitting rooms. The friendly service makes you feel welcomed, but dining can be slow at times. The location is perfect for coastal walks and exploring nearby attractions.
The hotel room looked out onto the terrace and car park, but it was all very pleasant, so not a problem at all. The room was dog-friendly and had a roof garden which was very useful for letting the dog out in the middle of the night. However, the room was very cramped and though appearing clean, it was not spotless.
